Because if it's anything like the E60, the sport package is not related to the suspension and therefore it's not a true "sport" like the RWD sport package is. Having summer tires on the basic suspension wouldn't make sense to most people, not to mention that it wouldn't be as practical.

My understanding is that for the F10 regardless of non sport or sport option, rear wheel drive or 4WD xi, the suspension in the sport package is same same as standard suspension?

Other than the summer tires on the rwd F10 being summer performance vs. all season, there is no difference sport vs non sport unless you got some of the dynamic type options?
