I'll try to get some pics up tomorrow, it was kind of stormy today so I didn't take her out until this evening. Spent the day setting up Sirius, Homelink, Bluetooth and ripping some CDs to the hard drive. One thing of note on my drive this evening was that although the car is extremely quiet I did notice more tire thrum than I remember in my 545. Maybe it's the goodyear run flats, my 545 had regular Continentals.

The reason for RFT's as standard is that they apparently saves a number of lives each year from accidents caused by flat tires on the autobahn (with no speed limits).

Not necessarily, I would recommend the BMW Mobility Kit consisting of a bottle of repair fluid and a 12V air compressor, all packed in a canvas bag that can be stowed in the trunk.
