If it is a US car (and it sure appears to be) and it has shadowline, it almost certainly is a sport pack car. It does look slightly lowered, but no surprise that there's no aero-bits initially. Hopefully they'll be available after the M5 in a year or so. btw, are those 19-inch wheels? That'd be another signal that it's a sport pack car.

Actually they are
BMW light-alloy wheels radial-spoke 237 with runflat tyres, 8 J x 18inch, 245/45 R18 tyres.

I remember reading in one of the recent reviews of the f10 that the f10 535i sport pkg will have a 19" wheel option...

looking at the exhaust, it's a 535i

I aint diggin it! My E60 M-Type 525i Sport LE looks better! Damn is it just me?!

I mean Im sure an F10 M-Type will kill but not this one.
