F10 outside mirrors heating defect
i get the errors no 800FB6 and 800FB7 which i suppose is defect outside mirrors heating problems.
they remain cold.
as i guess that it is unlikely that both heating elements of the two mirrors are defect at the same time what could be the problem ?
the fuse no 32 i the glovebox with 7,5 Amps is okay.
any ideas, before i work on the mirrors ?

What are you using for connection? Did you try ISTA? Post pic of your error?
1) Make sure motor is running if car is not on a Charger.
2) Make sure EDIABAS.ini (for Tool32 or INPA) is set for Interface = ENET.
3) Make sure Windows Firewall is disabled
4) Make sure all Antivirus programs are disabled.
5) Make sure LAN Adapter is set for DHCP and not using a Static IP.

To set the correct parameters use Ediabas konfigurator tool. You can find it by google. Always use the tool before you hook it up to the car to make sure your .ini file is configured correctly. For ENET settings choose the second ENET option in the list
Step 1: Connect your cable. Interface does not matter (ICOM, DCAN, ADS, ENET, etc.) as long as it***8217;s setup properly in the EBIABAS.ini configuration file. You MUST be connected to the car to load SGBD or Group files! Otherwise, you will get IFH-0018 or IFH-0009 com errors and blank windows.
Step 2: Open Tool32.
Step 3: Load the SGBD or Group File. After the file has been loaded, you should see 4 different windows open.
3a. File, Load SGBD, Group File
3b. Press F3
3c. Select the small button in the top left corner that looks like a folder with a curved arrow over it.
