That Interior is gorgeous. My dad ordered one and we went to the preview for it. Inside it really is amazing! and all the tec in it is soooo cool as well. Still love the bmw interior though.

When I sat in the GT / F10 it was as confusing as hell. I mean; a split, opening arm rest...why the hell would anyone want to 'half' open an arm rest storage compartment ???? And the half that opens doesn't even allow you to get a hand in there as it's too small.

Then there's the mix of switches, dials and cubby openings in the centre console. The amount of buttons on the streering wheel mean one slip an you'll probably reprogram the whole car.

Like I said, I like the F10 a lot, but this just smacks of the old 'win and award because it's new'.

Now if you want to see a good interior design...look at this...
I too like the Jag's interior but I think that the GT's/F10's interior looks great as well.

BMW's were meant, designed, and inspired to drive - not admire the interior. Have you guys lost your minds?

No reason why an inspiring car to drive can't have an excellent interior.

Trudat - I was just trying to spice things up a little. Personally, I love the rocket ship type interior of the Jag, and also the minimalist interior of the 5 series. They are both beautiful in their own right.

Most dials in the premium section are virtual today; new E-class, the F01, F10 and the horrific GT und so weiter. No reason to go over the top as Jag did...

Too right and its a time BMW upped their game, I remember getting my E46 coupe 8 years ago and loving the design of the dash, yet my E60 is cack and the F10 not that much better. Audi are Waaaaaay ahead on this. Hopefully a M Sport will be a bit more modern and not look like bits of shiny wood thrown together and is it just me or do the door panels at the top edge not exactly match the dash and flow together smoothly? S urely BMW could have got a perfect fit they look like a bodge on a premium brand.
