Should we expect the power increase on petrol engines?
For sure sooner or later BMW will raise the power, I hope as follows:
523i from 204 to 525i with 218 bhp
528i from 258 to 530i with 272 bhp
535i from 306 to 540i with 326 bhp
Looking at the changes made in the past and on the engines on the other models these changes look quite possible.
Anybody heard some rumors?

My Ride: My ex-ride: EU '08 LCI 520dA. Space Grey, Sport Seats in Black Leather/Fabric Anthracite, Sport Steering Wheel, A/C with Extended Features, Hi-Fi Speakers, Cup Holders, Cruise with Braking function, Folding Rear Seats, Xenons, Park Distance Control.

It may well be that the 523i and the 528i will get 4 cyl turbo engines very soon.
Go for the EU MY '12 530d with the new L6 3.0L 190 kW engine!
The 535i will get the engine that is the 740i in a while (240 kW).
EU MY '12 (Sept '11) or US MY '13 (April '12) I don't know.
The BMW engines changes in a 2-3 year period anyway.
