Don't like it. I hate "add-on" spoilers and like full bumper replacements much better. Add-on stuff looks like an after thought.

Agreed but full bumper replacements are much more expensive and if it's not fiberglass or FRP and it gets smashed, you're looking at replacing the entire bumper.

Front lip looks good. Much better than the one they designed for the E60

What are you talking about? If you smash your front bumper, you're replacing the whole thing anyway.
