My Ride: Alpine White 2006 530Xi (SLD)
...and I must say, I like it. No, I love it. Yes, I admit it - I was wrong, I actually saw several in person over this weekend (NYC area deliveries must have finally started on a major scale), and I love it. Especially loved the Alpine White 550i Sport with the OEM "trident" wheels.
Prior to this weekend, I only saw the F10 in person twice, so BMW NA must have really started to deliver to NYC area customers in the past week or two. Which begs a question: WHERE THE EF ARE ALL THE "LOOK AT MY NEW F10" THREADS FROM NYC MEMBERS?!?!

I saw two this weekend, sophisto-grey 530d with oyster leather, and a sort of a beige one with the 20 inch wheels from the official pics, and I like the front a lot.
It looks again a bit like a shark from the side, reminding me of the old models, and also from the side it is more harmonious than the E60. I would say that this word describes it best - harmonious.

I don't know... I still hate the front. The side and rear views are good, but when I see the front bumper - its like you take a car that should be levels above everything else and you give it a front bumper from a Hyunday - its like WTF But otherwise, the F10 has fully grown on me, I must admit. I think its a good thing I'm not in position to go car-shopping right now, bc I'd probably end up with one. But I still love my E60 way too much to be ready to part with it

I confuse them with 7ers when I see them.

i find the headlights of the F10 to be the nicest out of all BMWs and the F10 grill to be just perfect. I think in the F1, the grill looks too tall from dead ahead. From the side both F10 and F1 look good and from the read, I find the F1 only slightly nicer.
