If I got a Dinan tune, would that affect the BMW warranty?

Yes it will void the BMW warranty for anything that BMW claims get damaged from the upgraded power. Dinan replaces the BMW warranty with its own warranty which is the same length as the BMW warranty.

and what tire brand and size you went with.

I am running a 245/30/22 and 295/25/22 Nexen N3000 tire at the moment. I have had a slight rub on the rear under full compression at fwy speeds but only a few times.
I am in the midst of switching tire to the Nitto INVO 245/30/22 and 295/25/22. I'll let you know if I experience any rubbing with these.

Same here...very nice car!!! I hated, emphasise the past tense until I saw your car...wow... you've done a wonderful job! I did NOT like the F10 because of the front... but the way you modified your car and the colour combination made the car look quite nice. Very nice... I really like the wheels with the lowering!
