Xenon headlight wiring harness
Does anyone know how to replace the wiring harness on the headlights? I think I have a short in the wiring because my halos do not work. Thanks for your support.

Buy new headlights unless you are will to take apart the headlights to repair. I know one night while watching a movie I taped all the wires and it lasted until I had an accident and they got replaced. That was at least 2 years

I have new set of headlights that I did put on. Halos still doesn't come on. The main harness from the car that goes into the headlights is what I meant before on how to change out. How difficult is it?

Left and Right side daytime running lights malfunction
H8 bulbs aren't the issue. Neither is the new headlights. Passenger halos comes on a nd goes off after coming to a complete stop. Drive side never comes on. Jumped the driver's side to the passenger side at one point. It's a big no no because it's too much power and the LCM probably read it and gave way. So, I'm guessing it's the main harness coming from the car or either the LCM. I have already cleared the shorts using BimmerGeeks and halos still doesn't come on.

I asked, are you throwing codes or getting iDrive notifications? If it's the LCM, you will clearly see the code. You don't have to guess.

Not sure just making assumptions
This is the LCM underneath the foot panel of the driverside that needs to be fixed? How do I fix the module? How difficult is it? How much does it cost to get it fixed? I have a spare but I do believe it has to be coded.
