Who has had their 08 or later E61 lowered?!!!

Looking for solution for lowering my E61. I have H&R front springs (part# 29146-2)but went to install them and they didn't fit properly (see mods forum for my woes!) H&R claims that's the only app they have that fits 2004 and up but it sure doesn't fit 08's.
Love to hear some solutions and see some pics.
Thanks!!!

OK, so I discovered that in Europe 530 wagons can have the M sport package as an option that lowers the car 15mm. Do you think that if I found the springs from across the pond, they would work in my 535xi?

I've only ever had factory build m-sport cars, so never lowered one my self. However, I've seen that a number of E61 owners here have lowered their 2wd Tourings, including cars from '08 onwards. Is there a difference between lowering an E61 2wd and E61 4wd "x" model? Basically, if you can broaden your question to apply to other models, you may get more responses? E.g. member BMW-Alpina lowered his LCI 2wd E61.

Thank you for the insight!
Because of the front differential of the awd, I do believe the springs are different than regular 2wd's. I called the BMW dealer and asked them if 2 springs from a sport 5 series would work. He said maybe but if I paid for the springs and the install didn't work, I could not return them as they would have been considered installed. H&R doesn't know theis a$$ from their elbow as they cannot provide any insight on a product they claim "works" for my vehicle.
The whole thing is quite a bummer.
