Where's the battery?

Greetings,

Anyone can tell me here is the battery on a E61 525d?

I have already looked into the back and I saw some electric cables but did't found it. I suspect it stays around the back but I don't find how to reach it yet...

It's under the cables on the right side in the trunk. Just keep looking! (I also think you can find info about it in the manual)

Yes, not easily found. We were initially stumped also - resorted to looking underneath car to find the location of it!
But yes, you should find it under a cover plate in the right hand side of the rear bootspace as advised
