Default Where is the location of the EDC module

I've done a rear suspension delete and installed coils and springs. I am told I need to remove the EDC module to help clear the code. I think It is located in the passenger footwell??? Also any input into what else I need to clear this error is appreciated.

Are you sure it's called EDC? I believe the unit you want is in the trunk under the spare tire but I'm not sure it's called EDC or not. Here are my trunk modules.

I'll check but this is what the module looks like. EDC=Electronic damper control

My apologies, I was thinking you were referring to the ride height control as I didn't think EDC was available on E60's other than M5s.

Are you sure you are not looking for the EHC? That is the rear air suspension module, and is the white module in the bottom-left of the photo above.

You know I think you may be right. I am going off of the information that Protools sent me. I'm not sure if they can make the distinction between E60 & E61. I believe you are correct. I will try the EHC module first since my vehicle doesnt have EDC (At least to my basic knowledge. It wasn't a sport package vehicle). Thanks for the insight.
