wheels offset 20mm
I am looking to have a set of tires for winter and found good set of wheels type 243 but they are offset 20mm instead of 43mm.
Does anybody has experience with this offset on E61 Wagon?
I did a search but didn't find a lot of info.
tks

I have put 18mm spacers on the rear of mine thus making the rear ET25. I think there is still space to go bigger, and ET20 might fit. However, I don't think the front has as much room, so you might not get away with it. If possible, fit and test for rubbing!

I'm assuming you're talking about an xit? You never said.

I got wheel that are 17x8 ET=38mm.
My next question is which tire size should I get.
Those wheels will be used as winter tires and found good deals for 225/55R17. Is that going to work?
