My Ride: 2008 535xi Touring LCI with 45,000 mi - Looking to gather info on more aggressive fitment and stance options.

Hello Fellow 5Series Enthusiasts,
I am replacing my water pump and thermostat on my 08 535xiT. Everything that I seen online and on youtube is pretty much for the RWD iterations of the N54. Unfortunately for the AWD 5 series, the sub frame is right smack in the middle of this. I've heard its possible to extract the water pump and thermostat but with a little bit more work + removing the cooling fan. Does anyone have any tips, links to a good guide, or anything else that can help me out here?
Thanks.

I tried to do mine and yes that subframe brace needs to come off. I gave up and punted. A buddy that works at a dealer did it on a lift and used some crazy flex-head drivers to reach some of the hoses that attach to the fixed pipes in really hard to reach spots. That being said, mine is a 530 so not sure how much more crap is in the way on the 535.
