Which vacuum hose do I use for Seafoam?

Which vacuum hose do I use for Seafoam?
Have read a good deal about Seafoam and wanting to give it a try.
I think I can pour directly into the gas tank, but thinking I want to work try by having it draw up and into the engine through a vacuum hose. Anyone have any idea which on to use?
