Default How to remove rear interior lights?

The ones on the roof liner that activate when door opens and are also reading lights? I have changed all the other lights, except those because I was not able to remove the light housing. :-(

i had a terrible time removing these recently to swap in LEDs. I used a set of trim tools and was able to get them out. there is a metal retaining clip on the rearmost part of the light that attached so a metal clip in the headliner. i had to pry the clip over very carefully in order to get the light out. wasnt easy.
