Default Tilting Seat Squab Forward

Hi
Had the 520 touring now for 11 months and clocked up 23 thou but have a problem. Ive always found BMW seats uncomfortable when ive been in my family members motors but was thinking it was just the way they had them adjusted. The thing is now owning a beamer myself im finding my knees kill me after driving it i just cant get my legs straight enough to drive it. Does anyone know if there is a way to tilt the seat squab so its tilting down towards the pedals the tilt mechanism tilts it stupidly backwards but no downward front tilt at all.
When i owned my mercs you could tilt the front of the seat down (or raise the back) they were so much better to get a good driving posistion. I also hate that front leg support thing on the front of the seat too.

Suggest you look at the seat motor. I don't know of any BMW seat that doesn't tilt up/down correctly.

The seats are weird in that the back is electric and up and down of the squab is but back and forth and tilt of the squab (which only tilts back ?) are not electric.I must say ive never seem a car with half electric seats and also with such a bad design that you can only tilt back not forward. Dont think ill be ever buying a BMW again.
