I have a Z3 with the M52 2.8 supercharged using an ESS kit (Vortech V2-Sq) running 6 psi and I gained 50% power. It now has 280 rwhp.
This kit seems quite poor for the money, running only 4.4 psi boost.
I'd shop around if I were you.
I've had the supercharger on for 3 years and no problems with the conversion.

i am highly interested in superchargers but would not pay a dime for infinitas. They just don't produce enough power for the money and where do you go from there once you get use to the performance.

Yes, here's a video from an airfield day I took the car to. It runs out of revs in top!

2 people in both cars.
It's about the same as an MZ3 to about 80 mph, but the M benefits due to a greater rev range.
I'm now looking for a suitable chargecooler to increase boost to enable me to run 7 p.s.i., which should realise about 300+ rwhp.
At this point, I also think a 6 speed gearbox off a 3.0 Z4 will be necessary.
The best thing about the conversion is that the torque and engine characteristics are just like the stock motor, smooth all through the rev range.
