Default Which software to get?

Just picked up a 09 e61, what would be the best software package to get/use? The trunk flooded, and I've replacing modules, and need to code them to the car, also need to code the new battery. Reset maintenance reminders, etc...
inpa with a cable?
Im in Canada, where would I find this? Ebay?
Im an automation tech, so figuring out the software shouldn't be too much trouble.

Thanks
