Presumably you also get the M-Sports body kit with the Sports package like in Europe??

Anyway - definitely shadowline, unless it's a white car...

Guys, I am also new here.

Not "in the club" yet, but I am actively looking for a good set of E61-wheels. However, as I like the amethyst comfort seats and grey/black wood combo quite a lot and as I am looking at the used car market, patience is rather necessary for this exercise.

I have two questions that I hope you can answer, one of which fits quite well in the topic here:

1) Someone asked whether the shadow line can be retrofitted to the E61 as easily as to the E60 - does any of you have direct experience with this?

2) I like the 124 wheels quite a lot but am not a huge fan of RFT - can I fit normal tyres to the 124 wheels (I would guess yes, but I found some rather confusing information online)

Thanks!

I purchased 124s and put non run flats on and they work fine. However, keep in mind that the wheel offsets are different for the 530/535i and the 530/535xit.

It looks like the vote is for shadowline! I'm considering a 2010 535xit platinum bronze with natural brown interior (and the sport package with shadowline). Anyone have a picture of that combo?

its chrome for me.
i have both (on 2 cars) and i prefer the chrome.
i also have the chrome mirror trim, and the chrome strip across the boot lid, and the chrome door shells, on a grey car it looks the bomb.

I prefer chrome. I had shadowline on my old 325is and didn't care for it.
