Well, in addition to the things mentioned above, Sport Pack on 535i in USA also comes with sport tuned (lowered) suspension, active roll stabilization, one inch bigger wheels (of better design IMO, style 124) and runflat tires.

You should go for Shadowline.. It looks so much better than the chrome line..
