Yes, similar. I'm not sure why you are posting that but I am aware of his build. There are some useful steps to see there. He used M5 bumper. It has different requirements.

Hey, so where are you at with things? Any updates and pics? Keeping the car after all this? =)
EDIT: Just found a used AMG E63 wagon in Seattle! Go take it for a test drive at least for fun!

MBTHOM- No, I'm just busy with stuff. However, we emailed directly after that voice mail as far as I recall and our times did not coordinate. Please let me know (again) when a good time is for you to talk if you like.

My Ride: 535xi M Sport Wagon

Norsecarnut,
I'd be interested in buying your M3 wheels. But if you're not interested in selling could you at least let me know what the offset is? I just bought a 2010 E61 with the M Sport package. Luv the wheels but I need to get a second set so I have a dedicated winter and summer set and it is hard to find wheels that fit the 535xi.
Also, to give you a sense of the value of your car, I just bought mine with 36k miles for $37,500. It is a six spd, carbon black metallic, dakota black leather, dark wood, M sport package, nav, premium package, rear airbags, and an upgraded stereo. I think that about covers it. The M Sport comes with the bodykit, 20 way seats, sweet fat steeing wheel, 18 inch M sport wheels and dark headliner. It was also CPO'd. No upgrades yet, but I have a lot of ideas.

I went with a set of 18" M5 replicas (in gunmetal) for our summer tires. Staggered set up 18x8 ET35 front and 18x9 ET38 for the rear. 245 in front and 275 in the rear Michelin Pilot Super Sports. They have a nice look / offset and no rubbing issues. I use the OEM 135 wheels for our winter tire set up.
