As the title says. I was going to use my windshield wiper fluid reservoir but was told by quite a few people that it would start to leak.

as far as putting it in the drivers side cubby in the back all my electronics have been relocated there due to the leaky sun roof problem. Anyone know if I can move them to the battery cubby?

Please chime in with any info. I will listen to it all.

Why would you not use the wiper reservoir? May people do that on tons of platforms.

Just make sure to use the washer fluid with methanol and have it mounted above the pump

 

What do you mean by use the water fluid with methanol? Do you mean windshield wiper fluid???

Yes sorry that was a typo. Gotcha you plan on using specific methanol for it. Do you plan on disconnecting your lines/pumps to the front and rear washers?

 

I'm completely new to this. What do you suggest I do? From what you said it seems I should mix the methanol with windshield wiper fluid? I know some people just use wiper fluid. I'm completely open to suggestions. Just trying to figure this out and safely make a little more power.

 

There is a certain type of washer fluid( cant remember if its winder blend or another) that is 40-50% methanol. That way you can use it for meth injection and also as a washer pump.

The bonus is the stock tank has a low light warning on the dash
