The wheel can be fixed quite easily but I think the tire needs to be replaced, I hope you have wheel and tire insurance.

This wasn't vandalism, believe it or not. This happened to me too. I hit a man hole cover that was sticking an inch and half above the ground. It hit with such force, that it blew a hole in the sidewall and looked like a "tear" where the rubber blew out. The wheel was also slightly damaged like yours. I was shocked it could do this, as it looked like someone shot a knife into my tire, but that's how it happened to me. This wasn't a knife, which I guess is a good thing for you. If it was, make sure you don't park in any dark, underground parking garages (like that new movie coming out called P2. LOL!).

Guys, thanks for your suuport and help on this issue!
As C's Bimmer says, I'm very happy if it's not a sabotage as I would dare to park my car unless heavily garded by special trained SAS soldiers...
Short update:
I'll check with my insurance company tomorrow whether this is possible to claim.
I have another scratch onm the wheel that's even worse, but it's not that difficult to repair. There's a specialist in Helsingborg 60 kms north that will fix that.
New tyre is ordered and will hopefully arrive on Friday.
