Rear hatch acting strange

My Ride: E60 530d auto, Proffesional satnav, power tailgate, interior lights, auto dipping mirrors.
If its the glass that unlocks it's self then its the switch on the handle you use to open the glass i have had twoE61's and it went on both they cost around £50 which is about $35-40 i think

Yep!! I just replaced the switch alone, and it fixed more than just the rear window! Somehow, the Rear defog works now, and the Wiper wash comes out again. The wiper itself does not work, so I guess the motor will need replacing. Just the wiper to fix and the hydraulic lift left.
