Default Problems with a couple error codes

Car started to run rough with ticking/knocking and it was hard to start. Got some fault codes about preheating and such. Swapped out the fuel pressure regulator and sensor. Did nothing. Thought maybe egr or fuelpump. But i have no idea where to continue. Any tips?

These codes happened all at the same time or they just started. You have a code of something missing that doesn't make sense? Please clarify.

Since I don't know the condition of the car and you're having LIN bus issues paired with electrical issues, how old is the battery? Have it tested. I wouldn't change any parts until I figure the electrical and bus issues out. In addition, I see your glow plug controller is showing up bad which is probably causing all these issues. So check battery and test controller connector and clean it. If power is good at the connector and battery is good, then I would look at the controller.
