Issues:
Thigh support is loose, but I have new metal gears which I didn't install it yet
Center armrest is loosing color, have black one to replace it
Rear brakes squeaks sometimes
PO had small accident, bumper/hood was repainted

In my opinion...around 8000. Most of your above list is maintenance, which doesn't really add value. You don't mention struts and shocks, so it must need those.

I look for used cars that have not been driven in the "rust belt". I look for cars that have perfect seats as I feel this is an indication of how a person cares for a car, I look for cars that have not been modded as I feel that this could indicate a car that has been driven hard.

I think it's worth more stock and the aftermarket parts sold used.

I purchased a 2008 Georgia car with 65,000 miles in near perfect condition for 15K last year.

 

Car is nicely optioned. Mods are reasonable if you can find an enthusiast. Maybe around $10k?. JT

I think with upgraded turbos and all the maintenance done, you should be able to get pretty good $ for it, vs. others out there! Esp. if you are lucky and an enthusiast buys it. Price it higher a bit and wait it out, unless you're in a rush to sell, I say.
