My Ride: '08 535 xiT, '11 K1300S
I do not have any install pics, only have the final result. But, since I am going to adjust rear height and need to change out brake sensor for front and rear, I can snap pics 
Current setup: 1.5-finger gap all way around, 8-clicks from the softest (24 being firmest), stock 17x7.5 et43 w/ F:10mm/R:12mm spacers.
Ride is bit harsher on the initial bump compared to the stock (as expected), but everything else, it is great. Well planted to the road, highway cruising and city driving are still both comfortable. Perhaps due to my current setting (need to play with it some more), I still have a slight body roll into the corner, but at significantly reduced amount compared to stock.
Since I have not ridden in KW3 equipped E60/E61, I cannot say it with 100% confidence, but overall, I think CKS is a great alternative setup (definitely over stock)!
