My Ride: BMW 2006 530xi Wagon E61

I took my 2006 530xi E61 to the shop to diagnose an issue with the ABS/DSC control module. They told me it was the pump. I since took my module to repair and I was told module issues were fixed. When plugging it back into the car, issues persisted (lights, limp mode, etc).
Since I was perplexed I took a look in the glove box fuse compartment. See images here:

According to what I see online, there should be a 50 amp in slot 1, which is for the ABS/DSC module. It's not there. I'm asking now to confirm that there should be a fuse there. I can't test it at the moment, because I took the pump out to inspect the motor, and will be a couple days before I can get it back in.
I'm trying to gather information and understand this. Can anyone here with a similar car (year, trim, etc) help me determine if there is in fact a 50 amp in slot one, and if that controls the ABS/DSC?

So you didn't have an issue before, but suddenly you have a problem and discover there's no fuse?
Since fuses don't just remove themselves it's either unneeded for your particular vehicle and was never there to begin with (unlikely, but verified by putting one in there and seeing if problem is resolved), or the shop took it out during the course of some shady or incompetent shiite.
Is a 50 amp supposed to be in slot 2? Possible they were dinking around there and put the 50 amp fuse into the wrong slot?
Why does it look like something arced on the upper left metal frame?
