I remember seeing some photos of a E61 touring with 19" M 172 wheels on this forum one or two months ago ( I think it was a carbonblack sport pack car), I've browsed through the forum, but I couldn't find them, nor in the gallery, does someone remember the thread?

Yes its a topic I posted when I got my 172's. Further along the thread are pics of a black E61 with the wheels.

Glad you found the thread ok. Beware though they are very easy to kerb. I did one of mine in first week - fixed now and you would never know!

The 172 wheels have a very bright finish and even when really dirty they still shine bright on the outer edges. I love em

No problem at all...

It has a sort of coating that makes it easyer to clean

Actualy swiss bmw don?t approve them...

Nope, i don't think so...

They have a "clearance" for the 5 saloon, not for the touring, due to the "set up" (construction) of the rear axle.
