So first... never happens in Audi... sure... as they more have a small hole compared with the E61 sun roof...

The "wommering" noise when opened the roof fully can be avoided if you slightly open one of the windows (e.g. the back right window) just a little bit. The noise cannot be avoided as the air pressure inside collides with the incoming air. So open a little "escape path for inside air" and there you go
