I'm wondering if any forum members know if there is much of a difference between color code a36 "Titanium Gray Metallic" and a68 "Platinum Gray Metallic"

"Titanium Gray Metallic" was a color from 2006, and "Platinum Gray Metallic" was a color from 2008.

Any place that supplies paint to auto body shops would be able to tell you. Google "OEM auto paint" for your area.

 

i would assume there is a difference. otherwise why go though the trouble of implementing a new paint code?

 

To me, the platinum gray has a slight green-blue hue, and I prefer a warmer grey. The other grays appear much different to me.
