Hi all i'm new here and thought i wanted a 08 535xit but i've been reading about some issues w/ n54 engine on other board so i'm asking which my would you prefer if given the option??

Leaving 535i for 530ixt... no it's not do to the space ether... Yeah N52.

Just better to be informed.
Just do your research and use the search function.
For a vast majority of N54 owners there have been no issues.
Lots of power, great fuel economy.
