Hi fellow BMW fans,
I need to look into changing my suspension. One cartridge are leaking and the rest will soon follow! Oe are not a solution - 1450 Euro!!
I am not interested in lowering the car or getting a sports suspension but just a new OEM.. I have found that the Bilstein B4 would be a good pick but I cant find some quality OEM spring that are not lowered! Any suggestions?

Why change the springs - if the shock absorbers are leaking just change them and reuse the springs. The springs should last a long time without issue.
I've just installed a set of Koni FSD shock absorbers and am very pleased with them. The car leans less and doesn't wallow after hitting a dip in the road but the ride quality is still very good - the perfect combination for what I want out of the car.

Depending of how much you have driven I also think there´s no need to change the front springs. The airbags from the rear suspension are cheap to change (sapprox 100?/side) but I was told they also should last a long time without any issues.
I have heard only good things about Koni FSD shocks. The company who installed my KW3 said that Koni´s would be the best option for the standard springs when you only replace the shocks

So I ended up ordering Bilstein B4 shocks all a round and a new Sachs springs for front.. totally about 500 Euro so now the car is ready for the next 200.000 km
