Thanks Marty, I also hope it. It's my first BMW so I don't know what to expect.
I driven it very shortly, maybe 10 min. and it was an automatic gearbox.
Does it feel as an powerfull car ?

Hello,

I didn't took the roof rails though they are included.
Is that a good choice or do you people think it will be strange or ugly?

It's a matter personal taste, of course.
But personally I never would buy a station wagon without the roof rails, just for the looks. I've ordered them without hesitation.

Congrats on the ordered car.

My Dad (who lives in Belgium by the way) has an X5 without the roofrails.. Personally I think it looks a bit cheap without the roofrails. Everytime I look at the car something seems to be missing..

Hi Fre530d,

Welcome to this great forum.

A 530dT is a great choise, all that torque!

I would go for the Active Steering, I heard nothing but good about it!

The choice of colour is really hard, I know. Would you go for looks or practicallity?
Well, the allday practical choise is clear: Titanium Silver and black interior.
Your car will look clean even if you don't wash it.

A black car looks really good when clean. The problem is here, that it never is.

White is a really personal colour, you like it or not.

A compromise could be the Titanium Grey II.

Good luck with your choice
