Default New battery registration

The old bmw 110ah battery is from 2013 and was getting more and more high battery drain messages. I went with a Bosch 105ah Agm. My Foxwell tool

Old battery

New one
cannot code in the different battery parameters. For those that have access to inpa/ista, is there a battery registration option for 105ah Agm ? I am a bit confused about the old battery also, is it an Agm (its black)? According to the part number it comes back as an ES battery.

Just select, different battery, and your car will figure out the charge current.

I ended up returning the Agm battery. The local dealer confirmed that the old battery is a lead acid battery. The car currently has that type coded so I will replace with the same exact one.

Sounds good. I returned my AGM battery as well.

If its available, its always easier just to replace with the same battery.
