need short answer about Umnitza fron Bumper

Hey Guys,
I saw in another topic that there are very nice replica frontbumpers for E60 , M5 and Mtech.
Can I fit this Replica Bumper without replacing all of the stuff I have to replace with OEM M-Tech Bumper?(=plug and play?)

If you read the other posts in reference to this bumper you do not need any additional parts to install it, you will use parts from your existing bumper to complete it though...
