Default Metal Gears for Front Seat Thigh Support

Anyone have a part number or source for front (sport) seat thigh support metal gears? I don't know if these are OEM or aftermarket, but my front seat thigh supports are basically only push pull now; when you try to use the motor actuator you only hear it turning!

I have a 2006 530xi Sport Touring with few options. It's got 118k miles on it and will probably be my last BMW daily driver, but for right now is reliable and, going into retirement, currently meets my needs. Have owned BMW's now for 50 years, buying my 1970 2002 new in Oct 1970 (now being used for vintage rallyes by its' current owner in Zurich, Switzerland).! Still have, sitting in the garage, a concours winning '93 M5 and a 1971 BMW Alpina Bavaria modified by Dietel Engineering in the early 70's! Got to start simplifying things.

Have enjoyed driving BMW's through the years, but as they (and most other vehicles) are now being designed and built to last for one day or mile past their warranty, thinking about future options.

I found this source for the gear which I am searching for - not in BMW plastic but in brass:
Shop - Vanos BMW Repair kits for cars (vanos-bmw.com)
Sounds good, but when going through their web page it infers that it is a company in Moscow, Russia!
...humm - I'd better use Paypal on this one!

Thanks for the one reply so far; I'm way ahead of you in using Realoem.com as one of my information sources.

I've installed the "nylon + carbon" gears onto the existing shaft on 4 thigh extensions - available on Ebay, shipped from Russian Federation. They are louder than the OEM gear. You have to file down 2 sides of your existing shaft to fit the gear. It works. I've never tried the brass or iron solutions.

I just received and installed the brass/bronze gears from Vanos-BMW.com (Moscow) - work beautifully - don't forget to use some lithium based gear grease! Shipping through the current mail system took over 7 weeks to deliver from order confirmation of shipment to delivery however from this source. Suggest going to E-Bay and google "BMW 52107120189" to find US based source. They are most reasonable priced.

Here is the U-Tube video which shows installation of the gear:

Pay attention to the nylon bushings which come out with the gear and the two small metallic end plates which go into slots to prevent excessive shaft endplay!
