PS - I went direct to Velocity and didn't go through their distributors (ModBargains, etc..). If you go direct, ask for a guy named Gideon. He's their sales manager and possibly one of the nicest vendors I've ever spoken with.

Just got these from modbargains.com (great service). 19" non-staggered CSL replicas with General Exclaim UHP. I have the sport package but since this is a US spec car it doesn't have the sport springs. With these wheels and tires the car feels entirely different -- better handling overall, better cornering.. feels like it's on rails. Couldn't be more happy. And I love the way they look.
(By the way, offset is ET40)

You didn't describe wheel width or tire size. I'm guessing it's 19 x 8.5 ET 40, General Exclaim UHP 245/35-19?

Thanks for all your comments..
Yes, you're correct, they are 19 x 8.5 ET 40, General Exclaim UHP 245/35-19.
No, I didn't lower the car (yet?). I guess the new setup makes it look a bit lower -- also think the black paint hides the gap a bit.
Yes, they're silver, not hyper silver.
When is the SoCal meet?
Are there any engine performance mods we can do on these cars?? I think the only thing I've found is a replacement air filter.. (3HP?

I'm happy to say that my springs have settled and I barely have much of a gap at all...if any. The car looks perfect.

As an FYI, Velocity Motoring which makes the wheels, has a new color coming out in these wheels. It's Hyper Black. They might look pretty sweet on your car. Just thought I'd let you know.
