Even though you registered a while ago, on board and hope you've been enjoying the forums!
The car looks great, the M-Tech kit is still my favourite. Nice touch with the black diffuser.
As for tinting the rear glass, I think it looks great. Its actually the very first mod I did on my E61 literally 1 or 2 days after I bought it! I think its a must have on the Touring. You can see my galleries for pictures. I know some people think it looks wrong without the fronts tinted, but thats what the law permits in many European countries, so I've just got used to it

Thanks for the welcoming. And for pushing me over the edge about the tinting.
Just what i needed
But shadowline first, don't know why but i think the chromeline with tint (or without for that matter) looks cheap.
Paint the trim or vinyl?
Gonna give the speakers and audio a look this weekend. Have the eu std speaker package (6speakers).
Was thinking about adding a tweeter and connecting all the speakers to a dls amp, then a quick bass fix would be tappin the highlevel in putting a sub in the trunk.
But would like to put in the earthquake's...

Alternatively, you could probably buy it straight from BMW. I thought it was a relatively cheap item, but you never know with BMW
If you are going to paint it, then obviously make sure you sand down the chrome properly! There might be something in the DIY section of the Forum -- there is definitly a DIY for painting chrome grills, which is the same priniciple.
Good luck
