LCI - Changed functions for climate control?

I've noticed that they also changed the function for the buttons on each side of Auto. There are now two "airflow" buttons that I wonder what the're for - is this another move from iDrive? Also, as the "Rest" button is gone missing, it looks like this feature that gave warm air flow when parked (and if engine still warm...) seems to be gone?

It looks like I can answer my own question - found TC's reply about this in another thread. You turn up the heat before leaving the car - that starts the residual heating.
