I just took a 535d Tourer for a test drive and... wow, its a beast! I am definatly getting one!

Any speed, any gear, any conditions and it just goes - i struggled to keep it below 100mph on the test drive! I know it will just keep powering on until it hits the limiter!

I am also shocked by the suspension - the Sports suspension with RFTs is a smoother ride than my current 'normal' suspension with RFTs? How does that work out?

I am really kicking myself got getting a 525d NON sports now.

Now, where do i sign...

Just wait 'til you try a remapped one...

On the RFT - I suspect the brand of tyre is hugely influential on ride quality.

Remap sounds awsome!

Could be, but my car is newer so i'd expect the RFTs to be better on mine? Who knows...

I also think that the M-package cars are more comfortable. Same thing was true for the e39. Strange but true.

I would refer you to another post on here, with a video of a tuned 535d 0-250km/h in 34s; but I also posted a link to another video of a B5 doing a 0-250km/h run in 21s!
