Hi all,

Just wanted to share how much I really appricate my BMW. Had to turn in my car for repair after some a-hole hit and run me...it was in the shop for a week and I got a KIA Ceed for a rental...after a week of driving that piece of crap for a week got my car back yesterday. What a feeling to get back in my car! This is by far the best car I have ever owned/driven!!

Hit and run, not good. How badly was your E61 damaged?

As bad as it was to have to give up your E60 for a KIA ( ) it could have been worse if you PREFERRED your loaner car and didn't want to give it back!!

It wasnt too bad..some parking scratches on the right front fender which is plastic, and scratching + a tiny crease on the right front quarter panel...which had to be replaced...thankfully it is a company car..so all was covered by the company insurance policy...but still pisses me off that someone would do such a thing..I must say the BMW service and repair center was outstanding! Customer service at the highest level...
