Headlight washer not working on the right side

Headlight washer not working on the right side
So, I've just noticed that my headlight washer is not popping up, on the right side.
the left one works as intended, comes out, sprays the stuff, the right one seems stuck or smth, it's like dead.
any ideas on how to fix this?
