Is there any water ANYWHERE in the trunk?

Especially check the room under the spare tire and battery compartment!

Those errors actually seem like they've been originated because of a bad battery .

That is what I thought to , but the car cranks right up. No long start/crank. I'm thinking bad Alternator possibly or water coming in some place.

I used to have a bad battery but the car started every time without any problems. So get the battery checked anyway.

It is either water damage ($$$) caused by the moon roof drain tubes being plugged, or a bad battery.

Lets hope for a bad battery.

It's still under normal and CPO warranty... just don't have the spare time to deal with it with all the time I've spent dealing with the 535i...

Update...
It was the sunroof drains...
There was like 3-4" of water on the right hand side where the First aid kit is located in the back end

The dealer took the key and the car put out 2 pages of error codes
Now the kicker... the Odo read 10,437,007 miles.... that's 10 Million miles the head mechanic and SA had a lOl moment... on a 07.... I physically don't think that is possible...

Man that lift gate must weigh like 150lbs cause the power lift gate and the hydraulic assist were both dead pita to open.
