looks like a fog lamp fell off to me, glad i didnt get a M sport, IS THIS COMMON WITH e60 BMWS?

Hello. Yes the car is brand new. He still at the dealer garage. But, when i was seing him, during the weekend, i take that picture because i didn?t new what it was. That's why i ask here, and in another forum. They also tell me, that it is the external temperature sensor!! And not a a fog lamp thats fell out, eheheh. Don?t like it very much, but that's life...
