You were lucky - reprogramming can only be done for the rear for those E61's that have self-levelling system as an option. In the front you have to do it manually. True, not a big job, but still needs to be done. If you have Dynamic Drive it's another story.

Also you need the software or to pay someone with the software. The links make it easy for you to DIY.

1. Every E61 has a self-levelling system in the back, that can be programmed.
2. Every E61 has springs in the front, which have to be physically replaced.
3. What does Dynamic Drive have to do with lowering the car?

I am also interested in the brackets from NorwegianE61, but I will try playing with the sensors (and buy the 19' wheels I'm after ) before I decide.

Hi,

I have been out of the BMW scene for a while, and stopped making these, as I could not get hold of ball joints of decent quality for it. I may have found a suitable source for these once again.

If I get a list of 6 people that wants these in this post I will make up a batch. The price will now be 750 NOK (equal to about 81british pounds or 125 dollars) plus postage. There will be a week of lead time as I will order in parts.

Best Regards,

Forgive my ignorance but why do you need this? Within 2 seconds in INPA you can set any height you want, am I missing something?

my mechanic has never done it before on his software, so I think I should have it lowered with a tune shop who doesn't have the software. I found a pair from UK and i will see how those go and update.
