Hi, I am new E61 owner.. Car is Jet-black and are pretty stock with styling 138.
I would like to do some kind of styling but i have some troubles figure out what to do..
Solution 1. M-tech. Look nice but need the tinted glass and bigger wheels. Further you see really many E61 with this. All in dark colours!

Solution 2. Get the m-tech sideskirts, shadow line and an Alpina front. I am a huge Alpina fan and the spoiler looks discrete but offer a different look than the m-tech.

What do you think.. M-tech or Alpina?

+1 on Alpina to be different. Although, I have to say the MTech really makes the E61 look sporty

+1 on the Alpina, M-Tech is nice but since it's a factory option it is getting too common. Always better to be unique and you won't see an Alpina kit every day.

Welcome to the 5 Series Forums, and especially to this E61 sub-forum! Congrats to you on the new E61.
ALPINA is it, but IMHO, if you go with their front spoiler (which is awesome), you should also go with ALPINA wheels (like the wheels in your pic) and some ALPINA parts. Like a rear roof spoiler, for example.
There is a member here, ///Marco.it that has those wheels and some other body parts on his LCI 530i M-Sport Touring. He has an amazing car.
Anyway, good luck with your decision and please post pics!
PS: pic below is of Marco's "partially" finished ALPINA E61 along with mine, Lido de Jesolo, Italy, in June!

since your a huge fan of alpina I say get the alpina, but since you ask, I like the Mtech better even though it common (which means its really nice) it looks more agressive GL!!!

My E61 only looks good because of all of the parts on it that previously belonged to Marco...

Now, his ALPINA stuff is legend.

Hi there,
I am of the same opinion and I am also thinking what to do. Actually I have already bought the Alpina rims and the spoiler. I just need to change my M sport bumpers with the standard and install the front apron.
As soon as it will be finished I will post some pictures.

Hi all, Thanks for your help..
Well I am getting more and more ready for the Alpina look. I found the sidekirts to a okay price but the frontspiler are 400 Euro. @marci/it how much were yours or are the 400 Euro the normal price?
About the shadow-line. I cant find the rear parts in ETK - Only for the doors! Can anybody help me with the right order numbers?
