Assuming you have Prof Nav & Audio, it can be retro-fitted by any BMW dealer for between ?150 - 250 & it's worth every penny.

Thks, I have the media pack with Prof Nav and assume audio too. Will give the dealer a call tomorow to confirm prices and get it done when it goes in for its first service.

Extended voice has to be the only option that costs less to retrofit than have it factory installed. I can't understand why. Of course now that it's part of the Media Pack it makes it less of an issue.

Dealers respond differently to this request, if you are told it can't be done, or costs more than ?250, don't be surprised but don't believe them either. Quotes of ?650 are not uncommon.
Keep asking the question until you get the right answer.
If you are into ipods, then it is usually economic to get the aux input fitted at the same time.

Can people please list their dealers that will do it for sensible money - my dealer has quoted me over ?850 and is not even sure that it can be done - this has been dragging on for a year now.
thanks
